Product Description

SPF's SUPER YOUNG OIL EXPELLER

Chamber size 762mm X 140mm ( 30" X 5 ") TRIPLE GEAR

It is yet another achievement of the SPF's research and development division to introduce SUPER YOUNG Oil expeller to cater to the needs of the oil milling industry of the world. The deficiency of a medium capacity combined with high yield oil expeller was felt for a long time. The gap is very suitably filled now.

DESIGN

The design of this machine is a real victory for Indian engineers who are now all out to satisfy the global market. Main shaft and side shaft of the machine are 2 " dia (max) to avoid breakage of shaft. Main gear and quill worm gear rest in two ball bearings fitted in each housing.

GEAR BOX

A noiseless oil bath reduction helical gear box is provided within the machine. All Steel hobbbing cut gears are fitted for durability and high efficiency. The gears are manufactured from alloy steel and machining is done on accurate hobbing machines to ensure free movement and longer life of gears. This results in saving of electric power consumption adding to direct profit of oil millers.

BODIES

All the bodies are heavy of graded iron casting. The unique feature is that main body (combined Body no.1 & 2, gear body) is made in single part to ensure leak proof gear box. The body and side brackets are accurately machined on boring machines. Leading to perfect alignment of shaft.

OUTPUT

The capacity of the machine depends upon the oil seed to be crushed. The second factor

which particularly governs the capacity is whether the oil expeller is used for first or intermediate or final crushing.

KETTLE

Oil expeller is supplied with wider round feed box or double jacketed long heating kettle 'pressure tested '.

BED

Bodies rest on bed in a manner to give higher contact area and no vibrations. Built in raw (kutcha) oil tank is provided in bed itself.
